An email, a message through the form or a direct call. Three pieces of information are enough to get started: your device, its stage (design, technical documentation, market launch, post-market), and what brings you to us. We dig into the rest during the call.

A personal reply within 48 working hours
No assistant, no account manager. You write to Thomas or Jonathan, and one of us replies personally. If we are unavailable (field assignment, audit at a client site), you receive a note saying so, along with a date to pick things up quickly.

A 30-minute scoping call, with no commitment
We look at your file, your deadline, your constraints. By the end of the call, you know whether we can be useful and in what form. If the answer is no, we point you to the right resource.
